*Tech Tip: When installing this part, it can be difficult to get the rubber to seat properly into the channels. We recommend spraying both the door frame and the weatherstrip with a foaming glass cleaner prior to installation. The foam will evenly coat the surfaces, and provide some lubrication for the weatherstrip to seat properly. The glass cleaner will also evaporate completely without leaving a residue, or harming painted surfaces.
