Weber Universal Accelerator Cable Linkage; designed to work with Weber carburetors. Also nice to have if you’re wanting to replace your rod linkage with a cable setup. Cable measures approximately 5-1/2′ long, has a nipple on one end, and comes with 2 barrel adjusters, and a cable end fitting that attaches to the Weber throttle linkage.
