This brand new, quality parking brake cable is just what you need to fix that old parking brake. Don’t rely on leaving the transmission in gear to hold your Cruiser while parked. Get that brake working like it’s supposed to! *Tech Tip: When adjusting the brake tension, you should set it to where you can feel 3-4 clicks on the handle before you feel tension. Less than that, and you risk having the brake shoes drag the drum while driving, which could damage components of the brake. More than that, and the brake might not get tight enough to hold the vehicle in place.
