The clutch was an option starting in ’76, so make sure you order the correct pump. *Tech Tip: It is common for the water pump bolts to become seized in the head, since they thread directly into the water jacket. If this is the case, we recommend professional installation, as it can be tricky to remove those bolts without them breaking off in the head.
